Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) is looking for a results-driven dispatcher to oversee drivers and coordinate customer deliveries in Michigan. You will manage daily delivery schedules, mentor dispatching staff, and plan routes to inventory-managed retail gas outlets while coordinating with shippers and 3PLs.

The role emphasizes front-line customer service, clear written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and the TMW Dispatch system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent conflict resolution and skills.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge and ability to use Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
