Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a Dispatcher to monitor Class A delivery driver hours and oversee driver routes, tracking product delivery status. You will perform driver check-ins, collect payroll forms, and conduct data entry for payroll processing.

You will manage a high volume of inbound calls for emergencies and non-emergencies, potentially dispatch replacement drivers and handle issuing and collecting keys. Background checks apply.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 0 to 1+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

• Monitors Class A Delivery Driver hours and oversees the route of field Delivery Drivers and tracks delivery status of products
• As a Dispatcher, you will perform driver check ins, collect payroll forms, and perform dataentry
• You will manage a high volume of inbound calls for both emergency and non-emergency situations, potentially dispatch replacement drivers and handle issuing and collecting key
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 0 to 1 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
