Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch trucks/trailers for on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Update and provide tracking information to customers and internal personnel.
• Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns and progress to management.
• Analyze transportation costs and recommend most cost effective methods.
• Manage quoting process with outside haulers.
• Apply for permits for internal drivers.
• Accurate invoicing internal and external.
