Job summary

Requirements include 3 years in transportation dispatching with an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet scheduling platforms is expected; occasional after-hours coordination may be required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years' experience in transportation dispatching, scheduling, logistics or a related field.
• Associate Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to make complex decisions and balance the needs of stakeholders involved.
• Knowledge of fleet scheduling platforms.
• Ability to provide high customer satisfaction with positive service delivery results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation needs of children/youth served.
• Create and assign daily transportation routes to drivers.
• Monitor routes and adjust assignments for delays or changes.
• Communicate route assignments and updates to drivers and staff.
• Supervise two Transportation Supervisors and ensure staffing coverage.
• Ensure monthly fleet maintenance and inspections are adhered to.
