Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Logistics/Transportation Coordinator to manage the end-to-end movement of loads from our shipping docks to customers. You will coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years' experience in logistics, strong communication, and solid computer skills, with Oracle WMS/OTM experience preferred. This is an on-site role requiring attention to safety and attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 1–2 years' experience preferred in transportation or logistics.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities; ability to work with multiple departments.
• Advanced computer skills with preference for Oracle WMS/OTM systems.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with proven problem-solving ability; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch loads to carriers and brokers and oversee the transportation process from dock to customer.
• Monitor driver issues, accidents, safety concerns, and weather disruptions and report them.
• Collaborate with sales, shipping, claims, and other departments to resolve transportation matters.
• Ensure trucks are checked in and pickup numbers are correct; participate in Carrier Scorecarding.
• Help the team achieve key performance metrics and maintain high attendance and reliability.
