Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and respond to requests or refer to supervisor.
• Explain service and fare structures and address complaints.
• Schedule rides and maintain records of services and ridership.
• Serve as dispatcher and assist operators with service delivery.
• Prepare financial and performance reports and manage invoices/payments.
• Maintain operational records and inventory of office supplies.
