Job summary

NorthEast Electrical is seeking a Full-Time Transportation Administrator to join our Brockton team. This on-site role supports dispatch, routing, DOT compliance and daily warehouse coordination within the CDC organization, collaborating with sales, purchasing and other CDC staff.

The position offers stable hours, competitive hourly pay and a benefits package. You will manage ETA requests, maintain manifests, track daily metrics, assist with quality care queues, and help ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Ability to organize, multi-task, research, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Working knowledge of Eclipse and Job Queues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatch needs such as ETA requests by sales and service failure call-ins from drivers.
• Assist with transportation communication both inbound and outbound.
• Maintain, scan and close manifest daily.
• Record and track daily metrics (# of stops, hours, and miles).
• Assist the Quality care department as needed with job queues, returns, ICQA, etc.
• Assist with routing as needed.
• Monitor and maintain documents/processes regarding DOT Compliance.
• Perform other related duties as required or directed by the Transportation Manager.
