Job summary

HDR seeks a Transportation Data Steward to shape how data is defined, shared, and used across the Transportation Business Group. This leadership role coordinates SMEs and leaders to enable reuse and accurate insights across projects.

Ideal candidates have a strong data governance background, a track record in change management, and the ability to influence across technical and business teams to improve delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 10+ years leading data-centric solutions and teams.
• Experience driving data standards and governance in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and enable data standards across the Transportation BG.
• Coordinate SME expertise to align data definitions and workflows.
• Lead change management to drive adoption of data practices and tools.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data teams and other Data Stewards.
• Ensure tools and data support analytics, automation, and AI.
