Job summary

HDR seeks a Transportation Data Steward within the Transportation Business Group to define data standards, terminology, and governance across disciplines. The role focuses on enablement, collaboration, and driving consistent data usage to improve project delivery and analytics.

Embedded in the Transportation BG, this leadership position works with SME experts and technical authorities to align data workflows with strategy, enabling reuse and faster, more reliable business decisions across HDR’s

Qualifications

Ten years of strategic leadership experience focused on growing and leading teams in change management and data initiatives.
Fifteen years of experience delivering diverse data-centric solutions and services.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, data science, business, computer science, or related discipline (or equivalent related experience).

Responsibilities

Define how data practices are established, aligned, and sustained across the Transportation BG.
Coordinate with SME networks to define technical standards and data terminology.
Lead change management to drive adoption of data standards, practices, and tools across the Transportation BG.
Ensure data definitions are reusable across projects and time, improving decision making.
