Job summary

Holcomb Bus Company is seeking a bi-lingual Transportation Coordinator (Spanish) to support the Transportation Manager with daily bus route maintenance and scheduling for drivers and aides. The role includes addressing client and parent concerns and delivering timely resolutions.

In this position, you will act as the second point of contact when the manager is unavailable, ensuring continuity of operations in the afternoon hours. Prior dispatch experience and strong communication are essential.

Job description

Immediate need for a bi-lingual (Spanish) Transportation Coordinator who is responsible for providing support to the Transportation Manager regarding the maintenance, changes/ revisions to daily bus routes and driver and aide scheduling. In addition, they will respond to client/parent issues, as well as provide resolutions to such issues. The Coordinator will be the second point of contact in the absence of the manager and will maintain operation continuity in the afternoon hours after the Transportation Manager departs for the day.

• Prior administrative and/or dispatch experience with a transportation company
• Strong written and communication skills
• Intermediate to proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task efficiently and remain composed
• Strong attention to detail
