Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a logistics support associate in Orlando, FL. The role involves using a transportation management system to optimize load diagrams, data entry for reports, and ensuring timely delivery performance.

You will process orders, reconcile documents, and monitor service metrics while completing PSNAs and UVA tasks to support efficient operations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED; 2–4 years related experience.

• Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Timely completion of Plan Stops/No Actual (PSNAs) to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
• Daily execution of Unassigned Vehicle Activity (UVA) tasks in XRS to track and manage vehicle assignments effectively.
• Conduct daily camera review processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
