Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a logistics support professional in Orlando to optimize load diagrams, gather data for reports, and help ensure timely delivery.

You will perform order processing, reconcile documents, track performance, and conduct daily checks such as PSNAs, UVA, and camera reviews, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and update load diagrams using TMS to improve efficiency and safety.
• Prepare data for operational reports and perform data entry for timely reporting.
• Process orders, generate and reconcile delivery documents, and monitor service performance.
• Complete PSNAs to support accurate planning and resource allocation.
• Execute UVA tasks in XRS to track vehicle assignments.
• Conduct daily camera reviews to ensure compliance and integrity.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Utilize transportation management system to create and update load diagrams that promote operational efficiency and ensure safety standards are met
• Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting
• Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Timely completion of Plan Stops/No Actual (PSNAs) to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation
• Daily execution of Unassigned Vehicle Activity (UVA) tasks in XRS to track and manage vehicle assignments effectively
• Conduct daily camera review processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experience
