The transportation coordinatorplans, organizes, and coordinates the daily transportation services of AltaMed PACE participants. The Transportation Coordinator works closely with the Transportation clerk, dispatcher, and driver in scheduling and coordinating the transportation needs of PACE participants.
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Minimum 1-year experience in coordinating a program.
Experience working in the health care field and/or geriatrics setting required.
Electronic Health Records preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.
A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
$25.75 - $32.19 hourly
