Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Construction Services Manager to oversee field work, monitor contractors, and ensure project compliance with contract documents.

This role focuses on delivering safe, durable transportation infrastructure for our clients and communities. The successful candidate will bring heavy construction experience across highways, bridges, rails, and utilities, plus familiarity with ITD standards and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Heavy construction experience on highways, bridges, paving, and utilities.
• Knowledge of ITD Standard Specifications for Highway Construction.
• ITD contract administration and inspection experience is preferred.
• Experience with administration of Federal-aid contracts.
• 5+ years of construction experience on roadway/bridge/highway projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor conformance to plans and specifications.
• Conduct contract administration functions.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues in documents and activities.
• May act as lead for other construction inspectors.
• Interpret plans/specifications for roadway and bridge construction to ensure compliance.
• Represent the client in communications with Contractor and public.
