Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Construction Services Manager for our Transportation team in Boise, Idaho. You will serve as the owner's representative, overseeing field work by contractors and specialty subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The position requires extensive highway, bridge, and utility construction experience, ITD specification knowledge, and readiness to travel. The posted salary range is $93,000 to $108,000.

Qualifications

  • Heavy construction experience with highways, bridges, paving and utilities.
  • Knowledge of ITD Standard Specifications for Highway Construction.
  • ITD contract administration and inspection experience preferred.
  • Experience with administration of Federal-aid contracts.
  • 5+ years of construction experience on roadway, bridge, rail and highway projects preferred.
  • Acquire and maintain ITD Inspector certifications within 6 months.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Available to work out of town when needed.

The Construction Engineering Services (CES) practice is seeking a Construction Services Manager in Boise, Idaho.

As the Construction Services Manager, the duties will be to serve as the owner's representative to monitor and oversee field work to be performed by contractors and specialty subcontractors for our clients.

What You'll Do

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
