Qualifications

Proven client success, account management or delivery experience.
Ability to drive renewals, revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Strong governance, budgeting and forecasting understanding.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day CES delivery across assigned accounts, including client satisfaction, contract performance and profitability.
Coordinate with delivery, project management and account teams to meet timelines and budgets.
Identify opportunities for account growth, including renewals and change requests.
Build trusted client relationships and translate business objectives into DXC solutions.
Support governance activities, KPI tracking, risk management and escalation processes.
