Qualifications

• Proven experience in client success and account management in banking or financial services.

• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, margins, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CES delivery across accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, profitability, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with delivery, project management, and account teams to ensure successful engagements.
• Support account growth through pipeline development, renewals, and proactive solutions.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders and maintain accurate reporting.
