Job summary

CDM Smith in the United States seeks a Client Service Leader for the West Transportation Group to guide the Kansas and Missouri transportation practice. You will lead business development, manage client relationships, and coordinate project teams across strategic captures, proposals, and services.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree, 12 years of related experience, and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Developing new business and maintaining high-value relationships with clients for services in the greater Kansas/Missouri market.
Developing and managing client teams that include project managers, technical specialists, national leaders, and junior staff to develop strategic capture plans, proposal efforts, presentations, and other business development efforts.
Serving as a key member of our strategy team promoting growth in the Kansas/Missouri area and supporting West Transportation Group initiatives.
Serving as a technical or project lead as needed on projects of significant size and strategic importance.
Active involvement in professional societies with client or potential client membership.
Being a strong leader internally and externally.
