Job summary

Individual FoodService is seeking a Transportation Clerk to support the warehouse and transportation operations. The role involves communicating with drivers, tracking ETAs, inputting data, scheduling deliveries, and providing high-level support to internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have transportation experience, strong communication skills, detail orientation, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; HS diploma required.

Description & Requirements

We are in search of a Transportation Clerk to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for providing clerical support within a warehouse environment and assisting with transportation department operations.

Shift

Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities Include

• Communication: Contact drivers, gather ETAs, and respond to phone calls and walk-ins with professionalism.
• Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate information in databases.
• Responsible for scheduling deliveries and managing communications with drivers.
• Customer Service: Provide high-level support for internal teams and external contacts.
• General Clerical Support: Assist with additional tasks within the transportation department.

Compensation & Benefits

This position has a starting pay rate of $25.00-$30.00/hour.
