Job summary

Individual FoodService is seeking a Transportation Clerk to provide clerical support in our warehouse and assist with transportation operations. Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–2:00pm.

Responsibilities include contacting drivers, data entry, scheduling deliveries, and high-level internal/external support. Ideal candidate has shipping/receiving familiarity, bilingual Spanish preferred, and HS diploma. Competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in transportation preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contact drivers, gather ETAs, and respond to calls and walk-ins with professionalism.
• Input and maintain accurate information in databases.
• Schedule deliveries and communicate with drivers.
• Provide high-level support for internal teams and external contacts.
• Assist with additional tasks within the transportation department.
