Job summary

Individual FoodService is seeking a Transportation Clerk to provide clerical support in our warehouse and assist with transportation operations. Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–2:00pm.

Responsibilities include contacting drivers, data entry, scheduling deliveries, and high-level internal/external support. Ideal candidate has shipping/receiving familiarity, bilingual Spanish preferred, and HS diploma. Competitive pay with benefits.

• Communication: Contact drivers, gather ETAs, and respond to phone calls and walk-ins with professionalism.
• Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate information in databases.
• Responsible for scheduling deliveries and managing communications with drivers.
• Customer Service: Provide high-level support for internal teams and external contacts.
• General Clerical Support: Assist with additional tasks within the transportation department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Compensation & Benefits

This position has a starting pay rate of $25.00-$30.00/hour.
