Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and trucking liability claims with a focus on timely, accurate outcomes. This role requires strong report writing, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years commercial transportation experience.
• Superior report writing skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Effective communicator.
• Valid Texas all lines license (Florida, New Mexico, and other licenses a plus).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have above average computer skills.
• Team player.
• Litigation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto and trucking liability claims in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Handle claims of increasing complexity depending on level and collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
• Maintain regular and timely client reporting and documentation in the claims system.
