BrightCare HomeCare is seeking caring caregivers to support clients in New Orleans and surrounding areas. This PRN role offers part-time or full-time shifts in clients’ homes, with comprehensive training and ongoing guidance.

You will assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, and companionship, helping clients stay independent and comfortable in their own homes. We value reliability, compassion, and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
• Experience as a home caregiver or in senior communities is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily living activities to help clients stay independent and in their homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
• Provide assistance with personal care
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
• Properly manage household needs
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• You will be working in New Orleans and surrounding areas; Metarie, Gretna, West Bank, Algiers, and Kenner
• This is a PRN position, can be part-time and full-time based on the shifts.

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre employment screening
• Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities
• Must have a possitive attitue and a sencere desire to help care for others
