Job summary

BrightCare HomeCare LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in New Orleans and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, and household tasks while providing companionship.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Work in New Orleans and surrounding areas (Metairie, Gretna, West Bank, Algiers).
• PRN position; shifts can be part-time or full-time.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will be working in New Orleans and surrounding areas; Metarie, Gretna, West Bank, Algiers,
• This is a PRN position, can be part-time and full-time based on the shifts.

What we’re looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre employment screening
• Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities
• Must have a possitive attitue and a sencere desire to help care for others
