Job summary

BrightCare HomeCare LLC in Metairie, LA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for clients with disabilities, injuries, or illnesses.

You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and offer companionship while maintaining dignity and respect. A CNA/HHA credential or equivalent experience is preferred; flexible schedules and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver certification required.
• Positive attitude and service mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent; strong work ethic.
• Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
