Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking professionals in Capital Projects & Infrastructure to apply engineering and project delivery expertise to transportation programs including rail, BRT/LRT, facilities, guideways, bridges, and roadways.

The role requires understanding the project lifecycle from planning through operations, with experience in governance, risk, cost control, and complex scheduling. Travel up to 25% and a US citizenship or permanent residency are typical, with salary range $102,000 to $170,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5+) plus years post-graduation work experience.
• Experience directly leading client relationships and/or project teams.
• Experience with federal, state, and local procurement regulations for DOT/transit.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to address complex transportation infrastructure challenges.
• Lead or support capital project governance, risk management, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Develop road mapping and strategic plans for investment decisions.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a client-facing capacity.
