Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five+ years post-graduation work experience.
• Experience leading client relationships and/or project teams.
• Engineering or technical expertise in project controls and PMIS.
• Ability to travel and work in Guidehouse offices or client locations.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to capital projects in transportation and transit programs.
• Lead or support project governance, risk management, and controls.
• Develop schedules, cost controls, and earned value management.
• Draft client communications and board-ready materials.
• Support procurement and contract development activities.
• Produce dashboards and performance metrics aligned to delivery readiness.
