Ventas Group is seeking a Remote Freight Sales Broker focused on Refrigerated LTL with Seattle-based roots. You’ll hunter for new customers and provide complete refrigerated logistics solutions across LTL, truckload, warehousing, and cross-docking.

In this role, you will partner with leadership to shape territory strategy, expand our brokerage arm, and pursue long-term partnerships. A proven broker with LTL refrigeration experience will thrive in a fast-growth environment.

We’re expanding the freight brokerage division and are looking for an experienced Broker to drive revenue in our next chapter of growth.

Sales Territory & Location

• Remote - Must be based in the Greater Seattle area, the Midwest (Wisconsin, Minnesota, Chicago Area), or California.
• Target lanes: Seattle, Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Chicago, Portland, San Diego, LA, Central Valley, and Phoenix.
