Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Freight Brokerage or customer service.
• College degree highly desired or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily check calls on loads in transit and originate documentation for freight bills.
• Acquire new customers and expand profitable volume with shippers.
• Build relationships with carriers to increase capacity for projects and lanes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and solve customer issues.
