Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Freight Brokerage or customer service.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic.
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle conflict.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Aptitude: quick information processing and decision making under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Sales & Acquisition: Contact new customers and be responsible for customer acquisitions.
• Relationship Building: Develop and increase profitable volume with existing and newly acquired shippers, and build relationships with developing accounts.
• Consultation: Use strong relationships to understand customer's business, better qualifying them to identify and solve the customer's problems.
• Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Logistics & Compliance: Daily check calls on loads in transit and documentation for freight bills.
