Job summary

Allen Lund Company, LLC is seeking Transportation Brokers to manage incoming and outgoing shipping logistics for cargo transportation. The role involves daily check calls on loads in transit, handling customer inquiries, and originat­ing necessary freight documentation.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Acquisition: Contact new customers and drive acquisitions.
• Relationship Building: Expand profitable volumes with existing and new shippers.
• Consultation: Understand customers' business to identify and solve problems.
• Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Carrier Management & Pricing: Negotiate rates, build carrier relationships, and ensure market-competitive pricing.
• Logistics & Compliance: Manage daily check calls and documentation for freight bills.
