Ryan Specialty is seeking a Binding Operations Coordinator - Transportation to ensure accurate binding of insurance coverage and support endorsement processing. You will collaborate with underwriters, agents, and carriers to execute binding activities in line with guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes attention to data accuracy, handling complex endorsement scenarios, and driving process improvements while maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or a related role.
• Exposure to transportation insurance or the ability to quickly learn transportation workflows.
• Experience in centralized processing or shared services is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and quality control.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalated or complex tasks.
• Effective communication across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, Teams and OneNote is helpful.

• Review and process binding requests to ensure timely and accurate handling.
• Validate applications data against carrier system entries and update information as needed.
