Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years in Insurance Industry or Binding Underwriting.
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Active designation from Risk & Insurance Education Alliance or The Institutes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist binding insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Review and process policy endorsements, including changes to coverage or terms.
• Manage renewals, new business and endorsements within authority levels.
• Rate, document and issue accurate, compliant policies; maintain records of all bindings.
• Communicate with clients to collect information and explain policy terms.
• Collaborate with teammates and product managers to understand Connector processes.
