Qualificações

• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or a related role.
• Exposure to transportation insurance or the ability to quickly learn transportation-specific workflows.
• Experience working in a centralized processing or shared services environment is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality control
• Effective communication across multiple stakeholders and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsabilidades

• Review and process bind requests to ensure timely and accurate handling.
• Validate application data against carrier system entries and update information for accuracy.
• Bind coverage within carrier platforms following underwriting direction and guidelines.
• Complete required filings and ensure documentation meets quality standards and compliance.
• Review endorsement requests and determine processing requirements per carrier policy.
• Support underwriters, agents, and carrier representatives to facilitate binding activities.
• Escalate complex issues and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Manage workload to meet service levels and assist with process improvements.
