Responsibilities

• Provide billing and client account support aligning with Ops and Finance.
• Collect, validate and maintain trip data for invoicing accuracy.
• Prepare, review and process invoices for assigned clients.
• Verify trip records, mileage, wait time, and cancellations before invoicing.
• Interpret contracts and pricing to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and contract billing cycles within deadlines.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries professionally.
• Monitor accounts for payment issues and identify revenue leakage.
• Communicate with clients about invoices and supporting docs.
• Generate billing reports and maintain rate schedules.
