• Answer calls and resolve driver, sales rep, and customer issues; relay route updates to drivers.
• Use Excel and other systems to create, update, and distribute reports for transportation operations.
• Track and maintain transportation metrics and DVIRs, backhaul spreadsheets, and delivery windows.
