• Ability to manage carriers and drivers daily and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Own Sortation, Dock Management, and shipping department operations.
• Work with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address issues affecting the functional area and implement improvements.
• Use workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standard.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure quality across functions.
