General Description
The Transportation Administrative Assistant and Payroll Coordinator will coordinate and oversee
administrative and finance duties as assigned by the Director of Transportation to ensure that
the office operates efficiently and smoothly. The role of the Transportation Administrative Assistant and Payroll Coordinator is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational
effectiveness, communication and safety, and the effective processing of payroll.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
