Penske in Nazareth, PA is seeking an Office Administrator to support pallet tracking, driver log audits, DOT documentation, and internal customer service for the private fleet. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, file maintenance and routine reporting with frequent liaison to internal teams.

Formación

• 2 years of general office experience required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• AS400 experience preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary and to complete Penske employment processes including background checks and drug screening

Responsabilidades

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, collections, payroll and billing
• Maintain databases and generate miscellaneous reports
• Audit logs and DOT reporting; interface with customers
• Maintain and distribute route books; coordinate driver coverage
• Research mis-shipments and prioritize workload
• Maintain confidentiality
• Support supervisor with other projects
