Job summary

Penske Logistics in Nazareth, PA seeks an orderly administrative professional to maintain pallet tracking, audit driver logs and DOT files, and support internal customers. You will manage returns from the private fleet and assist with route coordination.

The role requires 2 years in an office setting and 1 year in customer service, with strong MS Office skills. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday, with benefits and opportunities to grow within the Penske network.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Various office and administrative duties, including accounts payable/receivable and collections, payroll, fuel reconciliation, office supplies, billing, databases and reporting.
• Audit of logs and trip reports and other DOT reporting; maintain files; customer service interaction; resolve driver equipment requests and pallet tracking.
• Maintenance and distribution of route books; daily interface with drivers; assist with driver coverage of vacation and overflow freight.
• Research and identify mis shipments.
• Prioritize workload and adapt to position requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality is essential.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
