Job summary

You will plan shift schedules, coordinate with customer supervisors, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operations across assignments. The role requires at least two years of driving and supervisory experience in a security setting, strong communication, and organization.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years driving experience and 21+ years of age.
• Prior supervisory experience in a security-related environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations and supervise Transportation Officers.
• Plan and manage shift schedules; coordinate with customer-level supervisors.
• Submit incident and status reports to Site Supervisor and managers.
• Identify operational needs and implement improvements for safety and efficiency.
• Communicate directives clearly and maintain professional liaison with customers.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and mentoring.
