Job summary

G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. is seeking a Sergeant to supervise day-to-day transport operations and oversee transportation teams. You will plan shift schedules, coordinate with customer supervisors, and report incidents and status updates to management.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a background check, drug screen, US citizenship or permanent residency, and minimum age of 21 with driving experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.
• Citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass state driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations and supervise Transportation Officers.
• Plan daily shift schedules, workflows, and coordinate with customer supervisors.
• Report incidents and prepare status reports to Site Supervisor and Fleet Manager.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement measures to improve operational safety and efficiency.
• Liaise with first and second level supervisors to address performance and compliance.
