Job summary

G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. seeks a Lieutenant to assist the Sector Manager with daily location operations, training, discipline, and site supervision. You will oversee transportation teams, guards, and workflow, coordinating with client supervisors to maintain high‑quality security service.

The role requires leading shift schedules, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with PWS and legal requirements. Overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen or legal permanent resident.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass state required licensing and background checks.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience and 3 years in security-related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide indirect supervision of transportation teams and guards; supervise shift supervisors.
• Oversee shift schedules and interface with customer and program managers.
• Attend meetings with customer supervisors regarding operational issues.
• Oversee training programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct reviews of procedures and prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Perform transport missions or guard duties as needed for on‑demand requests.
• Develop site shift schedules and address operational vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate corrective measures with leadership to mitigate deficiencies.
