Job summary

G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. seeks a Lieutenant to assist the Sector Manager in daily location operations, training, and supervision. You will oversee transportation teams and guards, coordinate with customer supervisors, and ensure service quality. On-call duties may include overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be United States citizen or legal permanent resident.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass state-required training/licensing for licensing.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.
• Minimum two years of driving experience and 21+ years old.
• Supervisory experience in a multi-location security environment.
• Three years in law enforcement, military police, or security ops.

Responsibilities

• Provide indirect supervision of transportation teams, guards, and site operations.
• Oversee shift schedules; interface with customer and program managers.
• Conduct frequent meetings with customer supervisors on ops issues.
• Oversee training programs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly PWS reports and incident reviews.
• Perform transport missions and guard duties as needed; on-call hours apply.
• Plan and develop site shift and rotation schedules.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigations for safety and ops.
