Job summary

G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. seeks a Sergeant to provide direct first-level supervision of day-to-day transport operations, oversee transport teams, and plan daily shifts. You will coordinate with in-house supervisors and ensure timely reporting and incident management.

The role demands leadership, vigilance, and coordination across multi-location operations. The Sergeant will supervise Transportation Officers, manage schedules, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old or the higher state minimum.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any state-required training or licensing for the role.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level supervision of Transportation Officers and operations; manage daily shift schedules and workflow.
• Liaise with G4S and customer supervisors; conduct meetings on operational issues.
• Submit incident, status, and weekly security-hour reports to Site Supervisor and managers.
• Identify operational needs and implement measures to satisfy requirements.
• Assess vulnerabilities and develop solutions to mitigate safety risks.
