Global Medical Response in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Revenue Cycle Transport Authorization Specialist to manage authorizations for non-emergency transports. You will coordinate with Communications, Operations, payors and billing to ensure required paperwork is obtained around the transport time.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of full‑cycle medical billing experience, plus basic computer skills and knowledge of HIPAA and insurance guidelines.

Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm Eastern
The Transport Authorization Department (TAD) Specialist is responsible for authorization management of non-emergency transports. TAD Specialists work with Communications, Operations, payors, and billing to ensure appropriate paperwork is obtained before or around the time of the patient’s transport.
