Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an experienced RN for Transplant in Fairfax, VA. This 13‑week assignment is day shift, with no weekend or on‑call requirements, focusing on pediatric pre/post liver transplant and hepatology care.

You’ll coordinate labs, imaging, triage, and education for patients and families, perform assessments, and support the transplant team while adhering to UNOS, CMS, and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pediatric pre/post liver transplant and hepatology experience.
• DC RN licensure must be in hand upon submission.
• BLS certification is required.
• Knowledge of immunosuppressive agents, with mechanisms, dosing, interactions and side effects.
• Understanding of post-transplant health maintenance and long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labs, imaging, phone triage and communication with the transplant multidisciplinary team.
• Schedule and track pre- and post-transplant testing and assessments.
• Educate patients and families about transplant processes and confidentiality under HIPAA.
