Cynet Health seeks an experienced RN for Transplant in Fairfax, VA. This 13‑week assignment is day shift, with no weekend or on‑call requirements, focusing on pediatric pre/post liver transplant and hepatology care.
You’ll coordinate labs, imaging, triage, and education for patients and families, perform assessments, and support the transplant team while adhering to UNOS, CMS, and HIPAA standards.

Responsible for providing support with patient care coordination needs such as labs, imaging, phone triage, and communication with the multi-disciplinary team. Must coordinate all patient care needs before, during, and after transplantation. Performs comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments. Conducts pre-transplant evaluations and assessments. Schedules and tracks pre- and post-transplant testing. Tracks patient outcomes and reports per regulatory standards. Reviews pre-transplant medication regimens for contraindications. Assists with organ offers, acceptance, and recipient preparation. Adheres to UNOS, CMS, and institutional policies. Uses transplant-specific databases correctly. Ensures patient confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations. Involves in patient and family education on transplant processes. Collaborates effectively with the transplant team. May come into contact with Covid patients. Flu vaccine is required; no exemptions allowed. No call requirements and no weekend shifts are expected.
