Responsibilities

• Handles intake calls from potential transplant candidates and physicians and coordinates evaluation.
• Greets patients, screens information, and prepares for physician evaluations.
• Interfaces with transplant team and specialists to plan evaluation and care.
• Manages pre- and post-transplant education and communication with UNOS and staff.
• Maintains patient records, posts results, and discusses potential complications.
