Job summary

Montefiore Einstein in Bronx, NY seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager for solid organ transplant to lead ambulatory services across transplant programs. The role blends clinical care, program development, education, and research to optimize medication management and outcomes for transplant patients.

You will collaborate with transplant physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practice, strengthen medication safety, and support high-quality care

Qualifications

• PharmD and active New York State pharmacist license.
• PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant residency, or PGY1 plus 3+ years of relevant transplant experience.
• BCTXP certified or eligible for board certification.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory clinical pharmacy services across solid organ transplant programs.
• Partner with transplant physicians, pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practice.
• Strengthen medication safety and optimize immunosuppression and complex medication management.
• Mentor pharmacy residents and students; drive research, quality improvement and better patient outcomes.
